Taco Cakes!

I am not a good cook. Dan is the one that makes all the meals around this place. However, I have made a goal to be better at it so I can give Dan a break every now and then. I found this tasty idea on pinterest and it turned out really well! It is super easy, which is best for me because I ruin nearly everything.

Ingredients: wonton wrappers, ground beef, taco seasoning, tomatoes, cheese, avacodos, sour cream, salsa, gorgonzola, and olives.

wonton wraps. you can get these at the grovery store next to the fresh produce

Place the wraps in a muffin tin. I doubled them up so they would be sturdy and taller.

brown your meat, add taco seasoning. Then put a scoop of the meet into each wrap.

Put them in the oven at 350* until they brown and turn crispy. It was about 15 minutes for me.

get all your toppings ready to go! (ps: I don't know why this pic is turned weird, it isn't that way on my comp)
