Rexburg? Really? Are you SURE?

The shine of it has caught my eye...
My sis-in-law Tamara wanted to get a new laptop. There was a killer deal at Best Buy so we went there at 9 Thanksgiving night. The line was INSANELY long, and they only had 5 laptops. We knew we wouldn't be able to get one, and we didn't want to have to wait all night for nothing. So we went over to walmart, found that they too had some awesome laptop deals and got in line. Luckily we got to wait inside. Dan and my sister Jessie came over to hang out with us. We entertained ourselves with catch phrase most of the night. Dan and I weren't planning to buy anything initially but turns out we are easy pushovers when it comes to deals. We got a new laptop and some fun toys like ROCKBAND. We were there ALL night long from 9pm to 7am. It was absolute mayhem at 5 when the sale began. Every single aisle was completely full of people. We had all our stuff in 15 minutes and then waited in line for an hour and a half. Even though we got zero sleep, it was totally worth it!

Nothing Better than a Good Book
- all the Harry Potter books (JK Rowling)
- The Twilight Saga, (Stephenie Meyer)
- Confessions of a Shopaholic, Remember Me?, The Undomestic Goddess, Can You Keep A Secret?(Sophie Kinsella)
- Confessions of Georgia Nicholson (Louise Rennison)
- The Chronicles of Narnia (C.S. Lewis)
And now, I have more to add. THE HUNGER GAMES series by Suzanne Collins. There are two books out in the series so far, and more to come. My sister told me about them so I finally decided I should give them a chance. I read both books in two days because they are so unbelievably good, I just couldn't stop. If you are looking for something to read- this is it. It has suspense, romance, action; the whole package. The first book is called The Hunger Games and the second is Catching Fire.
I am so happy to have a new series to wait impatiently every year for the next book to come out!

The Rise of the UNDEAD
Halloween! We had a ZOMBIE themed halloween this year. The Thursday before we went and shot our pumpkins! It was awesome, even tho it was freezing cold outside. We went with Ryan and Whittney and Whitt's little brother Aaron, and his friend Lindee. We had a whole course set up with zombies, baby zombie pumpkins, and soda cans to shoot. My camera died so I didn't get all the cool pics but here are some!
We brought our costumes and shot real bullet holes in them so we could be ligit zombies.

Talks and Zombies

It goes Whittneys, Dans, Allyxs, and Ryans. They will soon wish they were never created. (thanks for the pic potter)
I love this time of year because of all the HOLIDAYS! Halloween is awesome and then THANKSGIVING in St. George this year! And then Christmas with Dan's family. I love it love it love it. If only I didn't have school to put a damper on the festivities.
Other than that nothing too exciting in the lives of the Moedl's. We had to speak in church on Sunday. I was really nervous but I think it went over okay. Dan's talk was sooo good and he didn't even really prepare. I'm so jealous. I spent hours on mine, and he just stands up and starts talking and totally shows me up. But thats how it goes. :) I'm sad tho because we had to miss my neice- McKenzie's blessing because of our talks. Hopefully she didn't realize and will not hold it against us.
Also... New Moon is coming up fairly soon...

Say WHAT?
My little sister Jessie is town. She came up here from Utah with her friend Spencer. She might come up to BYUI next year so I took her to my morning classes with me today. It was fun. She was incredibly bored in my tech class, but so am I, every day, so that was to be expected. I just can't believe she is going to gradute this year. She is too young for that! I feel like I just barely graduated so it has to be too early for her too. But I really do hope she will come to school up here so that she will live closer to me and we can hang out.
So I have gotten caught up on Gossip Girl. Just a few months ago I had never seen an episode and now I have seen the first two seasons and all the episodes that have aired this season. I think I like buying the entire season of shows better than waiting week to week to see the next episode. It is a terrible wait. I just want to watch more right now! I need to make sure that Chuck and Blair stay together and get married. and that georgina has some terrible accident and leaves the show forever.
I found out that I got a federal grant this semester. Sometimes it pays to be poor. last semester they didn't really give me anything and this time it'll at least make some kind of dent in my tuition. so that is fabulous.
It is getting cold. Soon my car will stop working because it, like me, hates the cold and doesn't function well in it. But on the plus side of things, I get to get a new coat. And I like wearing sweaters and drinking hot chocolate. and I especially love Thanksgiving and Christmas time. YAYAYAYA!
I'm on a flag football team. We are the CONTENDERS. We are going to be awesome and win every single game. I can't wait.
So I had this dream that Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens were my friends. Do you think it is some kind of foreshawdowing?

Just Thinking...
School started again. I can't honestly say I'm looking forward to this semester. I know I shouldn't be such a downer about it but I seriously hate school. I think I will enjoy my advertising class tho. It will give me some hands on experience and that will be great. I have a 9:00 class and I think thats so early. My sister laughed at me and told me that most people are wide awake by then. I don't know why. I think it feels so early because I live in Idaho Falls and have to drive an hour there so I have to be awake around 7. Which still shouldn't be that big of a deal. I guess one day I will grow up and learn to wake up at a reasonable hour, but I can't help it, I love sleeping in!
I have been reading a lot of books lately. They are all by Sophie Kinsella. I read the Shopaholic series and three other books by her: The Undomestic Goddess, Remember Me?, and Can You Keep a Secret? I can't believe how much I love these books! They are just hilarious and so wonderful. All of them have a good romance story in them but are mostly about these crazy girls and the problems they get themselves into. I am sad I'm done reading them and I have to find more by her because she is great.
I got these new ankle boots. Holy crap, I love them. I am saving a few outfits just so I can wear them.
I started a TWITTER acount. I don't really know what to do or anything but I thought it would be fun. Anyway if any of you have one, you should "follow" me, so I can "follow" you. I already looked up some sweet celebs and started following their tweets. It's hard to know if it is really them or not but whatevs its fun all the same. Maybe one of them will notice me on there and decide they have to be my friend and fly me out to hollywood and hook me up with an incredible acting gig and we will become bestys. It could happen right? I've been thinking about setting up an account for a while because its all the hype and I wanted to know why but what really decided me, was one of my professors told us he tweets. I thought that was funny and decided I would too. The best part is, I immediately found my Dad on there. I didn't know he was a tweeter. So overall, a success.
So I got a guitar for my birthday. I had a goal to be really really good by now, but I'm not. I still play but I'm not very good at teaching myself. I need an instructor.
Work is work. I wish I had something more exciting to do and something I enjoyed more but it pays the bills. I have a lot of fun with the people I work with so that helps too. Sometimes it's tiring. But its a great job to have while going to school. And no matter how much I complain I really am so very thankful for it.
Have you ever seen the Hannah Montana Movie? Man it is GOOD.
Dan and I are primary teachers. We teach the 7 year olds. I should be preparing our lesson right now instead but thats neither here nor there. I really love this calling. We have all girls in our class. Well actually, there is one boy, but I have only seen him there once. They are all so sweet and hilarious. They love to tell stories. We will ask a question relating to the gospel and every single one of them will raise their hand. When we call on them they have some story that is long and has absoluting nothing to do with anything. It cracks me up.
I would love to be saving up for a house or something we could buy. We're trying to do so, but that is a LONG way off. I feel like everytime we start saving, we end up needing that money. But I guess thats how it goes when your young and married. We have been thinking lately that when we graduate we want to move to Europe. Probably London. We want to get jobs there and stay for a few months or a year. I figure now is the time to do things like that. I would love it and I hope we really can do it. Which by the way... we both graduate NEXT YEAR! YES. I'm done in July and Dan will finish in December. It will be sooooo sooo great to finish. Now that we have it all planned, it just seems that much closer.
Things are really good right now. We are living in an apt in idaho falls, going to school, and working. We are as poor as dirt and never happier. Dan and I have so much fun together and just get closer every single day. He really is my best friend and I'm so thankful to have him in my life forever and ever. Eternity will be a party with that boy!
Well thats that. Peace and Love my peeps.
